Gallery & client
Appearance

What your client sees behind their photos: warm cream, or near-black. This is their gallery, not your dashboard's dark mode.

Sets the headings on their gallery. Classic is a serif, Modern is a clean sans.

Tints the buttons, the heart when your client favorites a photo, and the Featured badge. It never touches your photos.

Tiles across every photo in this gallery. Uses your wording below, or your logo, or your studio name

Tiled across every photo in this gallery when the toggle above is on. Leave empty to use your logo, or your studio name. Long wording wraps onto up to four lines.

Selling

Per-photo limits are still coming. What's real today: clients can buy any package above right from the gallery, paid straight into your own Stripe account.

Require a purchase to download

Off by default. On locks the full-gallery download until a client has bought something here.

Browsing, favoriting and single-photo saves stay open either way. This only gates the "download everything" zip.

Access
phramed.co/

Follows the gallery name. Type your own ending here to change it.

Galleries never expire and are never auto-archived. That is deliberate, and it is one of the two promises on the pricing page.

Delete gallery

Removes the gallery, every photo in it, and any favorites your client picked. Any link you already sent stops working. This cannot be undone.

Inquiries

Everyone who sent a message from your booking page instead of picking a time. Work them by hand: mark contacted once you've replied, then booked or lost once it's settled.

Guides

The page you send a client before the shoot. Your packages, your work, the questions everybody asks, and one thing to do next. It carries your brand and lives on a link you can text.

Clients

No contract open

Start from one of the three drafts, or write your own. They are plain-language starting points, not legal advice: have a lawyer read yours before a client signs it.

What you offer

Bookable session types. A price is optional: leave it blank for something like a free intro call.

A deposit needs a price to be a deposit against - it charges that amount at booking, and you send a link for the rest whenever you're ready to collect it.

Your hours

Standing weekly availability, plus your connected Google Calendar if you have one linked. No hours below means no times to book, regardless of what your calendar says.

All the hours below are in this timezone. Get it right or "9 AM" will not mean what you think it means.

"Open 24/7" fills every day wide open - replaces whatever's set below. Still needs Save hours to actually take effect.

Google Calendar

Connect the Google account you actually keep your schedule in.
Not connected Connect to link your Google account.

Once connected: existing events on this calendar block matching times on your booking page, and a confirmed booking adds a real event here automatically. Best-effort on top of your hours below, not a replacement for them - if Google is briefly unreachable, booking still works off your saved hours alone.

Apple Calendar

For iCloud instead of Google. No sign-in redirect - just your iCloud email and an app-specific password.
Not connected Connect to link your iCloud calendar.

Not your Apple ID password - that won't work here. Generate one at appleid.apple.com under Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords.

Unlike Google above, this one is connect-only for now: linking it doesn't check it for conflicts or create events on it yet. That's still coming for iCloud specifically.

Your booking page

Send this link to anyone who wants to book. Both free and paid session types confirm right away.
Link -
phramed.co/b/

Optional. Leave it blank and the link above is used instead.

Upcoming bookings

Confirmed sessions, soonest first.

Your packages

What you sell. A price lives here once, so raising it updates every gallery it's attached to. Attach packages to a gallery from the gallery editor.

Get paid

Connect your own Stripe account. Buyers pay you directly, the money lands in your bank on Stripe's normal schedule, and Phramed never holds it.
Not connected Connect Stripe to start taking payments.

This is your own Stripe account, not Phramed's. Refunds, disputes and payout timing are between you and Stripe. Once connected, this is what your gallery sales run through.

Recent sales

Confirmed purchases across every gallery. Refund here rather than in Stripe: a refund taken in your Stripe dashboard does not return the platform fee on an event sale, and this one does. Payouts are still Stripe's.

Your events

No events yet. An event takes a gallery you have already uploaded and lets families find their own photos from two reference photos.

1

Upload the photos to a gallery

Same as any other gallery. Photo matching runs on the photos already in it, so there is no second upload.

2

Families enroll themselves

One link you can print on a program. A photo taken on the spot, a headshot, and a guardian signature for anyone under 18.

3

You approve the matches

From your phone, at the event. Nothing reaches a family until you have said yes, and a wrong match takes seconds to fix.

Add what you need, when you need it

Everything here is optional and switches on per account. Nothing you already use will move behind one of these.

Studio identity

These become the defaults on every new gallery. You can override per gallery in the editor.

This is the name your clients see on their gallery.

Upload a logoPNG with a transparent background works best

Shown in the header of every gallery you deliver. Without one, your studio name shows as text. Max 2 MB.

Show platform credit Soon

A small tasteful footer on every gallery. Turning this off is coming; right now every gallery carries it.

Default look

Your house style. Every new gallery starts here.

Cream or near-black behind your clients' photos.

Buttons, favorite hearts and badges in your clients' galleries. Not the photos.
